Nanomaterials and nanotechnology are playing a vital role in the development of novel devices and applications. They present unique features which diverge significantly from those of their bulk counterparts. These distinctive characteristics\n offer the basis for novel nanoelectronics\/optoelectronics, nanosensors, and nanodevices which can overcome the limitations of current devices. This session provides a forum for sharing works about the preparation, characterization,\n fabrication, and application of nanomaterials and nanotechnology in several electronic\/optoelectronic devices and sensors. The scope of this session covers, without being limited to, various applications in electronics\/optoelectronics,\n sensors, and other devices, including actuators, soft robotics, wearable electronics, flexible\/stretchable electronics, photodetectors, solar cells, light emitting diodes, optical fiber, laser diodes, transistors.<\/p>\n
